Lilianfels has four suites, distinguished by their individual character: ‘Mini Mini Saddle’, ‘Cloudmaker’, ‘Kanangra’ and ‘Nellie’s Glen’. 

Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort & Spa boasts four beautiful suites, distinguished by their individual charater: Nellie’s Glen, Mini Mini Saddle, Cloudmaker and Kanangra.

Nellie’s Glen overlooks the property grounds while the other suites overlook the spectacular Jamison Valley. All suites feature separate sitting rooms and bedrooms. Mini Mini Saddle and Cloudmaker have their own sitting room with sofa, dining room table, antique secretaire, armoire, CD player and bathroom with spa bath. Both of these can become 2-bedroom suites via interconnecting doors.

With views across the historic formal English gardens and the escarpment of Jamison Valley in the background, Darley’s Restaurant is Lilianfels Resort and Spa signature fine dining Blue Mountains restaurant, renowned for its fresh, local produce, fine wines and innovative cuisine. Offering modern Australian cuisine served as a la carte or degustation menus with specially selected local and imported wines. 

The main dining room of Darley’s restaurant seats up to 50 people and features two open ornate fireplaces, stunning leadlight windows, crystal chandeliers, luxurious designer wall prints, evocative artworks and plush furnishings that speak of style and grace. 

With its magnificent décor, Darley’s Restaurant sparkles with newly revived old world charm accentuated by a spectacular setting and unrivalled destination – The World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains. 

Darley’s is a multi-award winning hatted restaurant inducted in the Australian Hotels Association Hall of Fame for Best Regional Restaurant in 2010 and more recently won the Tourism Accommodation Association NSW Awards for Excellence Regional Restaurant of the Year for 2013.
