Buffet and set menu dinners are included within your halfboard. Some special set menus may require a supplement if selected. A credit is given for a la carte dining and anything in excess of this credit will be charged to your account.

Le Brabant

Le Brabant is the main restaurant at Paradis and overlooks the pool and the sea. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tantalising international and themed buffets are a gourmets delight. A full hot and cold buffet breakfast is served daily while lunch is a la carte. The restaurant has been well designed so that it can cater for large groups or more secluded and intimate dining for couples.

Blue Marlin

The Blue Marlin restaurant has an enviable reputation in Mauritius for elegant dining in the most exotic setting. The restaurant is on the water’s edge and overlooks the lapping waters of the lagoon. The tempting à la carte menu offers a selection of fine European, Mauritian and seafood delicacies while a delicious set menu of the day is also available. Breakfast is a choice of continental or hot buffet. A la carte lunch is available. The Blue Marlin restaurant is a favourite among many guests who return year round and request to dine at the same table each time.

La Palma

La Palma is a small, intimate Italian restaurant serving special Italian delights in a luxurious tropical setting. Guests can dine under the stars and enjoy the sumptuous a la carte menu.

La Ravanne

La Ravanne is situated by the marina between the Paradis and Dinarobin resorts and has an unforgettable beach setting where you can dine under the stars or thatched sheltered tables and enjoy traditional Mauritian, Creole and seafood specialities. Guests from the Paradis can arrive by boat and enjoy a Mauritian welcome by Sega dancers around the bonfire on arrival. A shuttle service is also available. A night at La Ravanne is a memorable culinary experience. This unique restaurants offers a set menu and a la carte dining.

Paradis Bar

This is the main bar by the pool and beach and is the centre of entertainment during the day and evening. It is open from 10am to 1am and has a wide range of beverages available. Pancakes are usually served by the bar between 3pm and 5pm.

Blue Marlin Bar

The Blue Marlin bar overlooks the ocean and is a great place to sit back and relax while watching water skiers or just admire the calming ambience of the endless sea. It is open from 10am to 1am.

La Ravanne Bar

After a sumptuous meal guests can indulge and experience the unique taste of the local flavoured rums. Open from 6.30pm til 11pm.

Golf Club Bar

The Golf Club bar looks back onto the mountain of Le Morne and the golf practice driving range. It serves light snacks for lunch and drinks until early evening and is a popular afternoon rendezvous after playing the challenging 18 hole course. Open from 7am to 7pm

Disco Bar

Open Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 2am to cater for guests wanting to indulge in some dancing and late night partying.

All restaurants and bars at the Dinarobin Hotel Golf & Spa are open to guests of the Paradis. Restaurants at the Dinarobin include Saveurs des Iles, L’Harmonie and Le Morne Plage.

Dress Code

Smart casual clothing is required for dining in the evening. Gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers.

The superior rooms are located at end of the peninsula in tropical gardens overlooking the lagoon and mountains of Black River. The 60 deluxe rooms have a prime sea facing position on the beach with excellent sea views of the reef and the endless horizon. The Mauritian style thatched roofed units of 4 or 6 rooms have been designed to blend into the mountain backdrop and natural surrounds. They are approximately 50 square metres and have a ground, first or second floor aspect and the exterior with a private balcony or terrace, well finished with wrought iron furnishings. The opulent bathrooms with separate shower, bath, toilet and walk-in wardrobe are complemented by the spacious bedroom and living area. The superb Junior Suites are among the island’s finest rooms and are all beautifully furnished and feature a spectacular bedroom, bathroom and dressing room area. They are approximately 76 square metres and have stunning sea views from the private balcony or terrace. The nautical style décor used within includes soft, neutral shades and a combination of marine blues. Junior Suites are situated within elegant two and three-storey thatch roofed buildings in crescents overlooking the garden, beach and ocean. The beach area in front of the junior suites is arguably the best of the peninsula. Each junior suite has a huge open-plan terrace or balcony, providing another comfortably furnished al fresco room where you can relax and enjoy the views.

Club Suites are located at the far end of the Deluxe room complex, near the boathouse on the ground or first floor. They are approximately 94 square metres and have excellent sea views in a quiet tranquil setting. The stunning Senior Suites are located at the tip of the Junior Suite crescents with direct access to the beach. They are approximately 147 square metres of pure luxury and positioned on both the ground and first floor levels. Senior Suites feature wooden floors and have a large bedroom and living room with luxury furnishings, an expansive dressing room, guest toilet, huge opulent bathroom, a unique atrium style shower and a double width balcony or terrace.

DELUXE VILLAS (12)

For a fantastic holiday on the peninsula, a Deluxe Villa is highly recommended. These 3 bedroom luxury villas are over 200 square metres and situated right on the beach offering pure luxury. The Deluxe Villas are based on a bed and breakfast basis. Guests can also access the restaurants at the Paradis or Dinarobin resorts and charge meals to their account if preferred.

The Villas provide families the flexibility and informality of an individual house, with the convenience of luxury hotel service. Each Deluxe Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which overlook the sea. The third one has twin beds (and stowaway beds – ideal for children). There are two large bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom plus an outside shower, a fully equipped kitchen and utility room with laundry facilities, a living and dining room, an outside terrace with dining area, a beach barbecue for al fresco cooking and an electric club cart to access the many facilities and areas of the Paradis and Dinarobin resorts.

Each Villa also comes with its very own Valet service from 7.30am to 3.30pm. Your valet will organise a range of services such as the preparation of breakfast and light lunches, grocery shopping as well as provide a full maid service. The Presidential Villa is truly unique and offers over 325 square metres of ultimate luxury and exclusivity. The Presidential Villa has similar features to the Deluxe Villas however it is two storeys high and features a master bedroom with huge en-suite on the first floor level. This superb Villa is based on a bed and breakfast basis and occupies a stunning position with direct access to the beach. It features 4 elegant rooms and 3 bathrooms plus all the modern trimmings offered with the Deluxe Villas. Privacy is assured by the luxuriant gardens surrounding the Villa.

The Presidential Villa also comes with its very own exclusive Valet service from 7.30am to 3.30pm. Your valet will prepare breakfast and light lunches, organise the grocery shopping, provide a full maid service and assist you with specific requests. For a private dinner or to celebrate with friends, you can also hire a chef and a waiter for a small fee to cook and serve in the evening.
