Barcelona is a feast for the senses. Marvel at the many examples of Gaudi’s creative genius at the art nouveau Casa Battlo, see the modernist Palau de la Musica, stroll along the atmospheric Las Ramblas overlooking the Meditteranean and visit the historic Gothic Quarter.

Thursday 24th May – St Tropez, France

St Tropex emerged from a port founded by the Greeks. By day paying homage to the glitzy sophistication, old St Tropez by night a place where locals promonade and watch their cosmopolitan
visitors go by. Travel to Chateau Sainte Roseline, les Arcs, a wine estate producing one of only 18 "Crus Classes" of the Provence wine region and a historic site which was originally the Celle Roubaud Monastry founded in the 11th century. The Chateau’s chapel houses a mural by Marc Chagall. We tour the wine cellars and enjoy a tasting of Ste Roseline’s fine wine.

Friday 25th May – Villefranche
Explore the Riviera tow of Villfranche-sur-Mer set on one of the world’s most beautiful bays on the Cote d’Azur. Discover the long dandy beaches, terraced cafes, exclusive boutiques and craft shops. Amble the picturesque narrow streets of the 13th-century medieval ‘old town’ admiring the colourful facades of houses decorated with trompe l’oeil. Visit St Paul de Vence and perhaps the mysterious vaulted passage in the Rue Obscure.

Saturday 26th May – Monaco

Elevation shifts, tight corners, narrow streets, chicanes and the tunnel make this one of the most spectacular events in the racing calender. Watch the great names of Formula One vying for supremacy on this most demanding and dangerous of circuits as you enjoy a chilled glass of champagne, ready to toast the winner.

Monday 28th May – Nice
