All Junior Suites include a seating area with sofa and armchairs in rich blue velvet, two oak desks, king-size bed with duvet and upholster leather headboard set in a lacquered wood library, contemporary design details and modern artworks and a luxurious bathroom made of Emperador marble.  Some of the suites include an elegant decorative fireplace clad in white Afyon marble.

Art Suite

Ideal for long stays, Art Suites offer the perfect blend of elegance with a display of various contemporary artworks from emerging Italian artists.
The suites include a separate living area with decorative fireplace made of prestigious Afyon marble, rich blue velvet sofa and armchairs, oak writing desk and table. The spacious bedrooms feature a king-size bed with duvet and a headboard library made of lacquered wood. The bathrooms are clad in luxurious Emperador marble with Afyon marble sink, shower or bath tub.

Jacuzzi Suite

Jacuzzi Suites feature a small private terrace equipped with lounge chairs and a private Jacuzzi. The suite includes a seating area with sofa and armchairs in rich blue velvet, walk-in closet, king-size bed with duvet and a headboard library made of lacquered wood. Interiors are decorated with contemporary design details and artworks. The bathroom clad in luxurious Emperador marble features one or two Afyon marble sink, shower or bath tub and courtesy line made in Sicily.

Jacuzzi Suite View

Charming and unique in style, the Jacuzzi Suite View features a private terrace equipped with lounge chairs and a private Jacuzzi. The suite includes a seating area with sofa and armchairs in rich blue velvet, walk-in closet, king-size bed with duvet and a headboard library made of lacquered wood. Interiors are decorated with contemporary design details and artworks. The bathroom clad in luxurious Emperador marble features one or two Afyon marble sink, shower or bath tub and courtesy line made in Sicily. The Jacuzzi Suite View has a splendid view of the Eternal City.

Classic Double Room

The Classic rooms are beautifully decorated with contemporary design furnishings and modern artworks, queen-size bed with duvet, upholster leather headboard set in a lacquered wood library, oak desk and a large, luxurious Emperador marble bathroom with Afyon marble sink and shower.
Ideal for business travels or short stays, each double room could be also connected to another double room to create a larger living area or to offer a suitable accommodation for families. All Classic rooms are non smoking.

The First Hotel is located in the heart of the historic centre of Rome, at Via del Vantaggio, a charming street a drop away from Piazza del Popolo, The Spanish Steps and Via del Babuino. The perfect location for shopping and to reach the most important attractions of the city.

The First Luxury Art Hotel Roma is inside a ZTL area (Limited Traffic Zone) and traffic is not permitted to non-residents from 6.30am to 7pm from Monday to Friday and from 10am to 7pm on Saturdays. The Hotel has a limited number of passes (on a first come, first served basis) that can be used by guests upon request.
