South Africa is a diverse destination and The Sun Safari offers a quick taste of this country’s colourful history, culture, flora and fauna. Commence in Johannesburg, from where you will be transferred directly to Sun City, with two days to relax and enjoy the world class facilities. Fly to Livingstone, Zambia to explore the mighty Victoria Falls, one of the world’s natural wonders before flying to Cape Town to conclude your journey with three exciting days. Wildlife Safari can custom design any luxury, private journey through South Africa and surrounding countries from a selection of locations with unique activities and experiences throughout.
Itinerary
Day 1 + 2
You will be met on arrival in Johannesburg and transferred by private vehicle to Sun City, South Africa’s world famous golf resort, casino and spa sanctuary. Two full days to enjoy the many facilities including two championship golf courses, casino, live entertainment, numerous restaurants and bars, amusement park and other activities.
Day 3 + 4
Morning drive back to Johannesburg airport and board your flight ot Livingstone, Zambia. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your resort on the banks of the Zambezi. The next two days are free to explore the mighty Victoria Falls, one of the world’s natural wonders. You will also enjoy an escorted tour of the Falls and a late afternoon cruise on the mighty Zambezi. Other optional activities are also available.
Day 5
Morning at leisure before your transfer to Livingstone airport and return to Johannesburg to connect with your flight to Cape Town. You will be met on arrival in Cape Town and transferred to your hotel, with the rest of the day at leisure to explore the Cape Waterfront area.
Day 6
Morning tour of Cape Town with private vehicle and guide, starting with the cable car ride to the summit of Table Mountain (weather permitting) for spectacular views of Cape Town and surrounds. Continue with a tour of the Cape Malay quarter and city of Cape Town stopping at various points of interest. The afternoon is at leisure.
Day 7
Depart on your full day tour of the Cape win district with private vehicle and guide, visiting several booutique wineries for wine tasting, tour of the historic town of Franschoek and lunch. Drive through the university town of Stellenbosch on your return to Cape Town.
Day 8
Morning transfer to Cape Town airport by private vehicle.
