The Name Marquis was chosen in memory of the Marquis de La Fayette who once inhabited this beautiful 18th century private townhouse and its magnificent courtyard.

Michele Bönan, the internationally renowned architect and interior designer who lives and works in Florence, has designed a sumptuous series of richly appointed Suites fully equipped with all the latest technology. Michele Bonan aimed to keep the atmosphere of a private mansion which makes MARQUIS a very unique stay in Paris. The facilities also offer you the comfort of private guest area, a gym and indulgent spa services. We believe in hosting you with courtesy, confidentiality and dedicated service. Suites

The Marquis offers 15 expansive Designer Suites of exceptional grace and comfort which range in size from Junior to Master Suites. Suites feature a mixed contemporary and classical decor designed by renowned architect and interior designer Michele Bönan.

Junior Suite

Michele Bönan, the renowned architect and interior designer who lives and works in Florence, has created a haute couture decor making each Junior Suite precious with ceilings made of small ivory beams in stucco, generous molded walls, thick curtains made by Dedar and carpeting with elegant stripes. 

A magnificent bar area made of dark marble and mirror comes complete with welcome gifts: Nespresso capsules, Mariage Frères fragrant teabags and a thoughtful selection of soft drinks. The design Nespresso coffee machine and the water boiler are at your disposal during your stay. 

The splendid marble bathroom is outfitted with a deep soaking tub, a shower, heated floors, luxury polished-chrome fittings, a volume control to enjoy the programming chosen on the television and exclusive Hermès vanities. 

The bedroom offers a king-sized bed with the plush linen of Cipriani, two bronze reading lamps and two bedside tables with lamps made with lavish carmine leather. The living room comes naturally with an expansive table and inviting velvet seats which are perfect for reading or entertaining friends. 

The Junior Suite is equipped with the latest technology: a flat-screen 40-inch LED television with complimentary satellite international channels and interactive system, a Mac mini with an infra-red keyboard, complimentary high-speed Internet access broadband and Wi-Fi, and a direct phone line upon request.

 

Superior Suite

The Superior Suite comprises a plush entrance door, vast windows with thick curtains made of the precious fabrics of Dedar, generously molded walls and Brazilian Ipé harwood floors. The spacious and luxurious bed area is arranged with a king-sized bed, two precious custom tables with side lamps made of carmine leather and two graceful bronze reading lights. The stylish sitting area is equipped with a sleeper sofa containing a queen-sized mattress, a large table, velvet chairs and a carpet with elegant stripes.

The Superior Suite is equipped with all the modern technology: a flat-screen 40-inch LED television with complimentary satellite international channels and interactive system, a Mac mini with an infra-red keyboard, complimentary high-speed Internet access broadband and Wi-Fi, and a direct phone line upon request.

The lard bathroom features walls of Italian marble slabs, Dornbracht premium polished chrome fittings, a large shower, a bidet, a dual sink, a towel warmer, under-floor heating, furniture in polished steel and luxurious Hermès vanities. The sound system of the bathroom is linked to the programming of the television mounted on the wall in the bedroom.

The door of each Executive Suite is plush and the interiors showcase a unique blend of harmony and beauty. The ceilings are made of small ivory beams in stucco and the walls have generous moldings in a deep grey patina. A privilege bar area is made of dark marble and mirror. 
A secret niche hides the design Nespresso coffee machine and the water boiler which are at your disposal during your stay. Our welcome gifts are Nespresso capsules, Mariage Frères fragrant teabags and a thoughtful selection of soft drinks. 
The spacious bathroom in Carrare marble slabs is appointed with a large bathtub, a rain showerhead, a bidet, Dornbracht high-quality polished chrome fittings, a dual sink, heated floors and luxurious Hermès vanities. A volume control in the bathroom is linked to the chosen programming of the bedroom television. 
The sumptuous bedroom lined with natural oak panels boasts a king-sized bed with on each side reading lamps made in bronze and also two tables and two bespoke lamps made of carmine leather. The thick curtains made of the rich fabrics of Dedar with Michele Bönan’s iconic print and the carpet with elegant stripes create a hushed ambiance. 
In the generously-proportioned separate living room, a carpet with the same design is laid over a privilege Brazilian Ipé harwood floor. The sleeper sofa-bed with a queen-sized mattress is framed by two ookshelves, a large table and velvet seats. 
The Executive Suite is equipped with all the modern technology: two flat-screen 40-inch LED televisions with complimentary satellite international channels and interactive system, a Mac Mini with an infra-red eyboard, complimentary high-speed Internet access broadband and Wi-Fi and a direct phone line upon request. Stained mirrors, Louis XVI style doorknobs, photos and original artefacts personally sourced by Michele Bönan complete this magnificent decor.
Master Suite

Each gracious Master Suite features a superb bedroom lined with natural oak panels boasting a king-sized bed with on each side reading lamps made in bronze and also two tables and two bespoke lamps made of carmine leather. The thick curtains made in the rich fabrics of Dedar and the carpet with elegant stripes creates a hushed ambiance. 
A flat-screen 40-inch television is inlaid in a three-panel full-length mirror in front of which stands a handcrafted executive desk and two elegant floor lamps. This unique setting gives depth and grace to the space. 
The sumptuous bathroom made of marble slabs is appointed with a generous bathtub, a rain showerhead, a bidet, high-quality polished chrome fittings, a dual sink, heated floors and luxurious Hermès vanities. A volume control in the bathroom is linked to the chosen programming of the bedroom television. 
The walk-in wardrobe is spacious and elegant, fully paneled in oak with a ceruse finish, a full-length mirror and a large safe suitable for a laptop computer. 
In the separate living room, the upholstered sleeper sofa-bed complete with a custom queen-sized mattress is framed by two bookshelves, a large table and velvet seats. 
The flat-screen 40-inch television is mounted on the wall above the authentic Louis XVI marble fireplace and a carpet with elegant stripes is laid over a privileged Brazilian ipe hardwood or natural oak floor.
