I have known Natalie for the last 4 years when she was working with Travel the World and was the Manager for her division.
Nat was always very approachable, passionate and knowledgeable about her job and has taken her skills with her to work for First Class Travel.
She has now won the ICCA award for the best travel agent. This is the highest recognition for any agent to be recognized as the best by your peer’s.
Natalie is passionate about her job and is always seeking new ideas to benefit her clients. She is honest and approachable and has her client’s interests and experience foremost in her job.
Natalie’s experience and passion for the industry will ensure that clients new to the cruising world will be assured of the correct product for their needs, failing which results in dissatisfaction and clients may not want to cruise again.
She will always go the “extra mile” and I would like to congratulate her on this award that is so deserving for her dedication in this industry.
